**Edge Media Agency INC dba Fredericksburg Texas Store Contest Rules, Terms & Conditions:**

**1. Eligibility:**

   - The Facebook Contest for the Grand Opening of the Fredericksburg Texas Store is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

   - No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

**2. Entry Period:**

   - The contest will run from September 15, 2023, at 12:00 AM (CDT) to September 21, 2023, at 11:59 PM (CDT).

**3. How to Enter:**

   - To enter the contest, participants must subscribe to the Fredericksburg Texas Store newsletter using a valid email address.

   - Additional entries can be earned by liking and following the Facebook Page @FredericksburgTXStore.

   - Additional entries can be earned by following the Instagram Profile @FredericksburgTXStore.

**4. Prize Details:**

   - Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

   - Prizes:

     - First Prize: $100 Gift Card to Cabernet Grill.

     - Second Prize: $50 Gift Card to Chase's Place Cocktails & Kitchen.

     - Third Prize: Candy Corn Pumpkin Candle from Circle E Candles ($70 Value).

   - Winners will be announced on October 3rd, 2023, which is the Grand Opening Day of the Store, on the Fredericksburg Texas Store Facebook page.

**5. Winner Selection:**

   - Winners will be randomly selected on or after September 22, 2023, from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

   - Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

   - The winners will be notified on October 3rd, 2023, which is the Grand Opening Day of the Fredericksburg Texas Store.

**6. Disqualification:**

   - Contestants will be disqualified if they contact the participating stores (Cabernet Grill, Chase's Place Cocktails & Kitchen, Circle E Candles) inquiring about the winners. Any such inquiries should be directed to the contest organizers through official channels.

**7. Notification of Winners:**

   - The winners will be notified on October 3rd, 2023, which is the Grand Opening Day of the Fredericksburg Texas Store.

**8. Public Announcement:**

   - The names of the contest winners will be publicly announced on October 3rd, 2023, which is the Grand Opening Day of the Fredericksburg Texas Store, on the store's Facebook page.
